- Points of Interest: Village of Rouças, Branda de Gorbelas, Branda da Seida, Fojo do Lobo da Seida, and Sistelo, Lamas do Vez, Alto do Pedrinho, Branda da Junqueira, forests, meadows, glacial erosion traces, glacial cirques, Peneda River Valley, Fragas de Ramisquedo viewpoint.
- Recommended Equipment: Mountain boots, comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing, water, and food
- Food: Bring your own; each participant is invited to bring something for a group picnic.

Activity Requirements:
- Limited to 8 participants, with a deadline of April, 24 2025.
- Requires a minimum of 4 participants to proceed and may be postponed if weather conditions are unfavorable.
