Do your groups have many participants?
No, we don’t work with large groups. Most of our activities have a maximum of 12 participants. We enjoy interacting with everyone, and safety always comes first. With small groups we can offer a different kind of experience that isn’t possible with big groups. These are some of the reasons why we work with small groups.
What kind of equipment should I use?
If it isn’t listed in the activity information, after you sign up—and when you receive the final details email for the activity—you’ll receive a checklist with the gear we recommend you bring.
What if I don’t have the necessary equipment?
If it’s not included in your activity, don’t worry—especially if you’re on holiday, don’t rush to buy something you might not need. We have some equipment available to rent or even lend. Talk to us!
Is the pace of your activities fast?
When you register for one of our activities, there’s no rushing. We don’t want, nor do we do, anything in a hurry—we want each guest to enjoy every minute. Every moment is unique and should be lived as such, so we don’t set a strict end time. However, if you’re part of a group, we ask that you respect our approach and the dynamics of the activity.
Do you offer support throughout the entire trip?
Yes, we provide 24/7 support during your activity. You can contact us by phone from start to finish.
What is your cancellation policy?
- More than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date – 10% of the total cost.
- From 14 to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date – 50% of the total cost.
- Less than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date – 100% of the total cost.
